removing cash from their accounts at local cashpoint machines
43 year old Joely Anne Dobbins, of Cortis Road, SW15, and her two children Ben, 20, and Natasha, 16, had each been left £6,200 after the sale of their grandmothers house in Kent following her death.
The cash was deposited in their seperate accounts immediately after the sale but Ms Dobbins falsely withdrew from her daughters' account £3,600 - up to £100 per day from cash points in Putney, Wandsworth and Barnes.
Once 16 year old Natasha realised what had ahappened whe told her brother and immediately placed a block on his account.
Ms Dobbins was granted unconditional bail and asked to return to court on February 15 for sentencing.
