42 year old bus driver Ishmail Ahmed was jailed on Friday having "mowed" down three generations of one family in April 2007 in Mortlake.

The incident occurred on North Worple Way 25th April 2007. Mr Ahmed was frustrated whilst trying to park his Metroline 209 bus at the depot. The two women and a toddler were believed to be standing on the pavement when they were hit by the bus at 60mph according to court records.

65 year old Elizabeth Panton died and her granddaughter had to have her amputated below the knee.
