Thirty eight year old Stephen Barry, of Danebury House, SW15, appeared at Sutton Magistrate's Court on Thursday 18/1/07 charged with the murder of Clive Fearon, on 7th January 2007(his 44th birthday).

Twenty six year old Sophie Abbott, also of Danebury House, also appeared at Sutton Magistrate's Court on Thursday 18/1/07 charged with assisting an offender.

Both were remanded in custody to appear at the CCC on 26th April 2007.
