He appeared at South Western Magistrates’ Court on 15 August 2006 and pleaded guilty to all offences.

On 25 February 2006 police were called to a report of a burglary at an address on Putney Park Lane, where the men who lived in the house had come back from a shopping trip to find Michael Ryan.
They detained him until police arrived; the officers searched him and found possessions stolen from the address and a bag of cannabis. They arrested him on suspicion of burglary and possession of cannabis.
Superintendent Clive Sutton said: “I want to thank the officers involved in putting together good evidence to help bring Michael Ryan to court. I appeal for any victim of harassment to come forward to police or respective support services who can take action against those responsible and offer you professional help in putting your life back on track.”
