As Caparossa announce debut restaurant next to Carluccio's

On their Facebook page there is an announcement that Caparossa Convivium Italia – "a revolutionary concept in Italian dining" is coming to Putney.



This concept from Naples in Southern Italy will offer rustic cuisine and a deli counter. They state that their produce "is hand-picked from specially selected farms in the UK and from our sources in Italy; we offer the tastiest cuts and the freshest produce to create a true Italian experience. Using only the very best ingredients, food is our passion and your satisfaction our goal. Savour local delicacies from the Campania region, available in both our restaurant and at our delicatessen counter."

It is planned to have 85 internal and 50 external covers at the 2,544 sq ft site of the former Tootsies unit - expected opening November 2011.
