A man is in a critical condition in hospital after being hit by a bus on Roehampton Lane this Tuesday (4 December) afternoon.

The collision took place on Roehampton lane shortly before 3pm.

An air ambulance was called to the scene where the man, believed to be in his seventies was found injured.

He was taken to a nearby hospital where he remains in a critical condition.

The driver of the bus was not arrested and police are continuing their investigation into the incident.
