Man Fights for Life After Upper Richmond Road Crash

Involved in collision between moped and van near junction with Malbrook Road

A man in his forties has been taken to hospital with injuries which are believed to be life-threatening after being involved in a collision on the Upper Richmond Road in Putney.

Police were called by the London Ambulance Service at 8:34am this Wednesday morning (9 August) following the incident involving a moped and a van on the Upper Richmond Road at the junction with Malbrook Road, SW15.

An air ambulance was called to the scene and the man was taken to a west London Hospital.

There have been no arrests at this time and police enquiries continue.
