Putney Theatre Company Presents: Robin Hood - The Panto
Robin & Marian
Putney Theatre Company’s New Writing team have returned for another year - oh yes they have - which promises to be bigger, better and more exciting than ever!
Our Fairy Godmother has had another makeover, this time becoming even more magical, and a little bit hairier. She is ready once again to use her magic to put the world to rights.
The Fairy Godmother
This year she’s in Sherwood Forest, where the Evil Sheriff is supporting the rich, taxing the poor and threatening to build a wall to make Nottingham awesomerer than ever before. He also wants to marry Maid Marian into the bargain, and is helped by his evil henchmen Snatch & Grab.
The good folk of Nottingham hope Robin Hood can save the day, but he needs help – or at least some decent ideas. Can his Merry Men (and Women), Dobbin the Horse, the Hairy Godmother and a live band help out? Or will they all end up in the Evil Sheriff’s dungeon?
Win a family outing to an weekday evening production of Robin Hood - oh yes you can! Entrants must be registered users of the site and the tickets will available for collection at the box office. |
Last year’s panto sold out - book early if you want to hiss, boo, whoop, clap and find out what happens to our intrepid heroes.
