'Completing the Puzzle'; A Tale of Families, Love & Mid-life Crisis

Win a signed paperback copy of the latest book from Putney Author Amanda Egan

Putney author Amanda Egan, whose 'Mummy Misfit' books have featured on SW15.com in the past, has just released her third novel 'Completing the Puzzle' and we have a signed paperback copy for one lucky member to win.

While her first two books, published in diary format, took a humorous look at the chasm between the Haves and the Have-Nots and the types of self-obsessed mums you can find at the school gates the world over, 'Completing the Puzzle' is Amanda's first venture into the romance genre - although it retains elements of the humour which endeared readers to Mummy Misfit.

The story revolves around 'Feeble Fee' Crawford, middle aged and middle-of-the road, who has been drifting through life in a passionless marriage and is hurtling towards the menopause. Her twin boys are now near to leaving the nest and needing her less, but there is a part of her that still feels incomplete. Coping with her elderly dad, increasingly distant husband and flighty best friend, Cordelia, her life seems to be spiralling out of control. Then a chance meeting with a handsome vet turns her world upside down - but will he be the missing link to make everything fall into place?

'Completing the Puzzle is a tale of families, love and mid-life crisis and has already received 5-star reviews on Amazon Kindle store - it is also available at Lulu.com in paperback.
