SW6 Property Prices in May
Fulham home values start to increase again
After two quiet months in March and April the Fulham property market appears to have returned to life.
The average price for the month was £684,993 similar to the beginning of the year. In the preceeding two months prices had fallen to around £600,000. The average in May was boosted by the sale of 5 properties for over £1,000,000.
The average house price for England and Wales in May was £165,314, down by 0.2%, and the average house price for London was £338,708, up by 0.7%.
Fulham property continues to see a strong price performance judging by the latest figures from the Land Registry.
So far this year the average price in the SW6 area has leapt by over £100,000 to hit £787,706 compared to £680,509 in the fourth quarter of 2009.
