Looking for someone to build a small binstore

I've been hunting through Geronimo and past threads but haven't found quite what I'm looking for.  We want a small wooden binstore in our front garden which I think will have to be custom made as the commercial ones are either plastic or intended for wheelie bins and therefore too big.  Also possibly a small amount of hard-landscaping in the back gardening, and a bit of shrub removal, though those are less important.  Can anyone advise/recommend?  Many thanks.

Kelly - just to let you I haven't heard from you directly.  Maybe because of the technical glitch on the forum?  Please try again!

I perhaps should just point out that technically to put a building/structure like a small garden shed/cycle store in the front garden of a property, presuming the front garden is bordered by a highway, actually requires planning permission - & at several LPA's where I worked I did receive complaints from people asking us to investigate them as breaches of planning control.

Adam - thanks for this:  an interesting thought.  I've looked on Ealing Council's website and can find no reference to structures in front gardens.  I agree some sheds can be pretty large, but we're planning on a small unobtrusive one shielded from the road by planting - which should in any event look a lot better than a row of dustbins and green boxes.  Has anyone else in the Ealing part of W4 (not in a conservation area) had any problems?

I thought the government was trying to give some control back to the people - as having tried to totally control rubbish - the amount and variety has now totally overwhelmed them.'Your Rubbish - Your Responsibility' was the mantra I saw not so long ago on the Defra website.Planning department/government failure to make sure that these exist is the direct cause of a lot of dumping on the street.Anybody have photos of best solutions?
