Trouble with EE tv box

Every time I restart my EE box I have to login to ITV, ITVX, even though it tells me I only have to do it once.Anybody any clues how to fix this?I rang EE Help line and a sweet lady put me through a whole string of procedures with my remote, all to no avail.

1. Reset ITVX and clear the app cache. Open the ITVX app on your EE box.   Go to Settings (the gear icon) > About > select Reset ITVX.  Go into your EE TV box's main Settings menu > Apps / Manage Applications.  Select ITVX, then choose Clear Data and Clear Cache.  Log back into ITVX using the QR code or on-screen web link.
