Shoplifting

There is little doubt that shoplifting has become normalised throughout the country and Chiswick is not exempt from this depressing epidemic.Through a lack of police interest and a lack of police numbers plus instructions to shop assistants to remain safe, free reign has given shoplifters the chance to fill their boots without fear of intervention.Since M&S reopened I have from time to time discussed this topic with  various members of staff members and learnt that common culprits have includid smartly dressed men and women and the odd pensioner.

There's no point getting hot under the collar.  You gammons will just have to enjoy what you have brought upon yourselves.You were always impotent anyway, basking in your own pointlessness.  Go and watch some cricket, that's something you can enjoy in the meantime.Shoplifting's enforcement decriminalisation will continue and those that pay for their shopping will just continue to pay for the shoplifters basket of goods also.The retailers are in structural settlement with shoplifting.Is there some cricket that will stop you feeling depressed ?Sorry about Stokes, but he turned out to be a loser and just not cricket.

There are a lot of people struggling and juggling with what they can pay for and do and what they can't. The bureaucracy in doing/achieving some of the simplest things nowadays is also hugely time consuming making life even more difficult. You also now have children who have no idea about money,  costs and value for money because they have never actually had to physically deal with it.  I think we need to go back to doing some bartering so that some more understanding of time and worth and value of necessary and unnecessary things can be reassessed.
