Visiting a friend in Grove Park by car... Is it possible?

Hi all,It's been a while since I've been to Chiswick, but I'm travelling to the Bull's Head next Sunday lunchtime to meet a friend. Is it possible to drive into Grove Park via Kew Bridge or Sutton Court Road without being slapped with a fine?Driving in Chiswick is such a faff now. I was fined £60 a few years ago for showing my husband where I spent my educational years at Chiswick Community School. It was a pricey trip down memory lane, so I'm keen to avoid a similar situation!Thanks,Caroline

A quick extra note on parking - you should be fine on Sunday (there are no restrictions near the Bull's Head) but if you can't get a space near the pub and stray into the Strand on the Green CPZ you might get fined.

That's everything I needed to know - thanks! I'll go via Kew Bridge as after 2hrs of driving with three kids and no Aircon, the last thing I want to do is be stuck in the roadworks at Sutton Court Road.Thanks all!

As I understand in, the Grove Park restrictions don't apply on Sundays.  In any event, you'd be OK with the 'Access Only' restriction along Strand on the Green/Thames Road (as long as you came in from the Kew Bridge end?) as you'd be 'accessing' the Bulls Head.

PS as far as I know Kew Bridge is operating normally, though anything could happen.

You should be fine on a Sunday. HOWEVER......Currently there are major roadworks going on at the junction of Sutton Court Rd and the A4. Depending on your direction of approach you may well have to follow a diversion to get you where you want to go! Good luck!
