Launderette

Does anyone know if the launderette on the High Rd west of Acton Lane is still in business? It was firmly shuttered at lunchtime today and there was no notice about opening times. Any other ones recommended in a central location? I need to wash a winter weight double duvet and it is heavy,so don't want to have to take it far. Tks.

Sorry my first reply didn’t work ! Can you please tell me where the nearest place is to find somewhere to find a place to wash larger items ??? Near Chiswick high road or Grove Park

I have recently used The Vale Laundrette 135 The Vale · 07737 267110They were very good and had a large amchine which took both a king sized cuvet plus a double mattress topper together. £9 for the wash. Tumble drying was £5 each machine. They also give change so you do not have to have the exact amount when you arrive.

There should have been a notice re opening times.  Unless there has been a vefy recent change, they are just closed on Thursdays.
