keep the post office petition

Tim, the petition isn't to keep the Heathfield Terrace branch open but to support the proposal for a new branch on Chiswick Common Road. It still isn't clear whether or not this is viable and the freeholder, who also runs the Autocheck garage, is telling his customers he isn't planning to close. The Post Office appear to be going for a less attractive offer but one that they can be confident will go ahead.

It must be so expensive to keep that huge building open for the post office. It’s really a mess in there, it looks like a failing business

Thanks for posting the link to the petition. One important point: please remember to click on the link in the email you will receive from change.org after signing - to confirm your signature. Not doing so means your name won't be added. This second click method is to keep out the bots which might otherwise flood petitions with fake support. It's a bore, I know, but is the only way to make sure your support is recorded.  The Post Office Ltd consultation ends on 3rd July so the deadline for signing this petition is looming. Thanks again.
