Earthing/Grounding sheets/mats:- any personal experiences and/or recommendations please?

Does anyone have any personal experience of the benefits of using a grounding bed sheet or mat that they wouldn't mind sharing please?

Hi! I have been using an earthing sheet for over 2 years now. I find I sleep deeper and better on it, and overall I would really recommend it! I got mine off amazon
