Holes in the road
Anyone thinking to drive to the Grove Park Piazza, think again.The small test holes drilled by Cadent have now been enlarged to large pits, presumably in search of the gas leak that has occasioned several telecoms access covers in the area to be propped open for months. Works are anticipated to be completed by Thursday evening (12 March) though the permission is open-ended. Diversions are in place and the 272 bus is being re-routed via Grove Park Road and Hartington Road. Allow more time for your journey!
