House refresh/renovation between tenants
Any recommendations for a company that could do some refurbishing/refreshing of a house which is rented. Our tenants of 5 years are leaving and we’d need to refresh the house before putting it back for rent. Ideally one company who could undertake painting/redecorating, some carpentry repairs, minor plumbing. Thank you for any recommendations.
