Thames Water Bills

Is there anyone here who is thoroughly conversant with Thames Water bills and how they arrive at what they charge....and can advise me how best for me to proceed in my trying to understand how they justify their figures?

The Thames Water bills are pretty much self explanatory. They show your meter reading and costs per litre for fresh water and waste water. Justifying the charges is another story because it would be justifying the huge bonuses paid to directors and dividends paid to shareholders over the last three  decades. Consider our water charges compared to other major cities in the world and you will see how we’re being ripped off. eg. New Yorkers pay less than half what we pay!
