EVs very rarely burst in flames, according to Swedish Government research you are 20x more likely to be in a vehicle fire in ICE car than an EV, and that was for NMC or lithium ion batteries. LFP are even less likely to catch fire and Sodium ion batteries are even safer than that.There are some EVs which are badly designed and can lock in a fire if the 12v battery is damaged. Google search suggests this is mostly a Tesla problem, I would not buy any car which does not have mechanical door handles
