What is wrong with No 10?

There seems to be a pattern with No 10, the Tories had a landslide victory which went horridly wrong (putting Covid to one side) now Labour in 18 months has gone horridly wrong. Is the answer these landslide victories just don’t work? With both parties the MP’s appear to be so divided and unable to work as a team given the mandate. Within the same party the views are too extreme thus no consensus can be achieved. It appears the more extreme views shout the loudest. So perhaps May elections will rebalance parliament so no extreme views can be passed in the Commons and centre politics which the majority want whether left or right leaning achieves a more rounded approach. This Labour government is proving even worse than the Tories in just 18 months embarrassing and surreal that the UK is in such a mess with this lot.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe Is 100% correct. How dare Stammer ask him for an apology. Stammer should be apologising for staying in No 10 when the majority in the country have called for his eviction.

Anyone in private business will tell you that times are seriously hard, taxes are killing business and they are NOT investing. Labour has done everything to kill growth and growing the benefits bill is a death knell for us all. Wes was right this government doesn't have a growth strategy even more terrifying they have zero clue how to develop one, not one person in cabinet has ever built a business there all come from benefits somewhere along the line and are anti private business, anti inspiration but happy to take from every business.

They can't deliver Brexit and neither did the previous lot. Hence Labour got in by default with a tawdry low vote and no real mandate of substance. McSweeney saw this and squeaked just like Cummings that we have a stagnant Brussels mode civil service, a vast array of anti-democratic quangos stuffed with over paid do-nothings, and a self satisfied judges home and abroad, making unaccountable woke decisions on key political areas. (Not to mention Starmer not having much of a clue about dealing with Boris wave and illegal immigration, and  Ed the Dread's. Net Zero bankrupting the country.)And if Starmer really wants change he should start with sacking Mr Chagos Hermer

The country has become ungovernable, with constant demands for tax cuts and more spending, which even Zac Polanski ought to be able to see don't and can't add up.

Miliband told Nick on LBC this morning as to yesterday's meeting, the following "It was a slightly different Kier last night. It was the Kier that I know in private that sometimes we haven't seen in public settings. Oh, so we have had a PM who has not been himself, and all is going to change. Well, why did he not tell us this in the first place😁 Better give him another chance, nothing is his doing anyway. Right?

I still hope Reform beats the Greens and Labour in the seat that is going to be contested.I'm not advocating a Reform  government!I still hope Reform wipes out Labour in the London Mayoral elections in a couple  of years. I’m not advocating a Reform government!

Politics is becoming more extreme and divided Left or Right whatever happened to balance and centralist politics? Apparently according to Ed Milliband Keir has agreed to lean more left and will raise taxes even further & increase welfare state this will be a disaster for all of us.

That's the Matt Goodwin of the dodgy figures!  The one who doesn't seem to know enough about history or isn't able to do the maths to work out abiut all the generations who have had family who lived and worked abroad in the British forces, Diplomatic Service, British Council etc and all the traders who grew, bought and shipped snd organised all the food and other goods we still buy from abroad.  In my own lifetime this has changed from ship to prop plane to jet!  There are now undersea cables and orbital satellites allowing communication between countries that just weren't in existence a couple of generations ago!

Come May 7th Gorton and Denton, hitherto a strong Labour stronghold may well give way to Reform's latest proponent Matt Goodwin.Couple this catastrophe for Starmer, plus a predicted landslide of Reform wins in eligible councils would leave Starmer forlorn and with no other choice but to call for a GE next year.With this scenario in mind it is surely no coincidence Nigel Farage is later this week naming his "shadow cabinet", ready and able to try and fix broken Britain.What say are the odds for Robert Jenrick- Chancillor, Suella Braverman- Foreign secretary, Zia Yusuf- Home secretary, and Richard Tice- Secretary for Business and Trade?
