What exactly is happening on Sutton Court Road, and why are there not some form of temporary traffic signals/lights set up? Seems that despite half the road being closed, cars are trying to move both north and south along it, causing absolute chaos, and also creating a very dangerous situation. It doesn't look like there is anything in place to prevent cars travelling south, so not sure if it is all the drivers fault or just terrible/non existent planning for the roadworks?
