Does anyone know an expert on phone software issues I could hire? I would be very grateful if so.

Whats App doesn't go to general iCloud backup either, you have to setit in the Whats App first, not that I know anything about it, just saying.

Rae Before you get stung for money or waste money, I say this. If it's regarding your WhatsApp, then as stated previously, if you have not archived your messages, etc, you can't get them back, whatever expert you hire. Just saying to save you money if thats the case
