Lovely but have a tendency to escape outdoors especially from youngsters who then become inconsolable when the balloons suddenly and quickly head out on their own out of reach and out of sight skywards.

Yes, please dispose of them responsibility. These balloons are a great danger to wildlife, so much so that they were thinking of banning them at one stage.
