Arachnid training needed

sadly, I have inherited a Brazilian Black Tarantula from my sister; it’s just over a year old so still juvenile. I was Wondering if there’s any spider enthusiasts in the local area who could help train me to handle the tarantula? I would need a slow pace and I would be happy to pay for your time. Thank you

Very happy too. I am a qualified animal trainer and used to keep mygalomorph spiders myself.

The tarantular that strolled across 007's chest in Dr No was real, and the film's Director insisted it remained so, no arachnid doppelganger for him.Unfortunately Sean Connery wasn't having it, even with a sheet of glass laid over his torso.A bold stuntman kept his nerve and the scene went ahead.

Apparently they can fire hairs at you if they feel threatened.

Perhaps contact the Capal Manor College branch within Gunnersbury Park (access via Popes Lane) where all manner of creapy crawlys, including snakes, are looked after for educational purposes.Mr Paul Quinn is the Manager.
