Rivercourt Road Closed Off?

Has anyone else been caught by the camera here? LBH&F have made the turning into Rivercourt Road off the A4 permit only. But the signs which tell you this are totally obscured by trees, and if you realise just when you've turned into it... then your only option is to reverse out onto the A4. Really badly and unfairly signed. Anyone else?

From what people have reported here and elsewhere, LBHF are quite lenient on first time offenders and will allow informal appeals which most councils hardly ever do normally. This is probably a tacit acknowledgement of the flaws in the implementation that you describe.
