'02 Mobile scams

Please remember that 02 do not call their customers, these are scams, they text first to say your contract is ending, if you do not respond they call you a few days later to renew your contract, so please take care.

I phoned '02 the first time I got a scam call Helen, they said we never call our customers and now the scammers try by text.

I got one of these - I phoned O2 and they said it was 99.9 that this was a scam- I deleted it.

Also you cannot trust texts asking for payments, if you get texts ignore them until you have checked your on-line account with that Company if you have one.
