Single room for female wanted from June for potentially 8 months

A really lovely lady from Peru,aged 45, is coming to study English with us.She is a teacher and currently resides in Spain. She arrives on 10th June and is here for about 8 months.She is looking for a single room locally, with bills included.If you know of anything please let us know and I will forward her contact details .
