It would be nice to think that Dumbass Donald is trying to perfect the art of bluff - being rude to Zelensky in the White House might have been intended to make "Ras" Putin think he was going to get things his own way, chucking tariffs around like a chimpanzee flinging its poop may be intended to get other countries to co-operate in trade talks - but I fear that he really is willing to tear up the world trade order in the belief it will be good for the USA and the rest of the world can go hang. What does it take to get the men in white coats to visit the White House ?
