Help!  (delicate)

Rather foolishly.l I knocked one out earlier, forgetting that I had been chopping up Scotch Bonnet Chilli's for a Mexican night I'm having tonight. I'm rather embarrassed, but wondered if anyOf the good folk on W4 had any cures

Same happened to a friend many years ago.  Milk, yoghurt (any) were effective.For the future buy a packet/box of nitrile/hygiene gloves and use them.  They are one time use only but great for clearing up grotty jobs in the house, garden , painting etc.  a must have for your cupboard.
