Grateful if anyone could recommend a company (preferably locally) that could replace a glass roof for a lean-to extension. Thanks in advance :-)

You could try calling Albright glass on Northfield Avenue Ealing They are not installers but probably know all of the good ones locally to do that kind of work.

Also you allowed solid roofs now and don't have to replace with glass.
