Jeremy Vine and Paul Campbell inability to debate

What a couple of individuals that don’t have the courage of their convictions to debate and just block on X to create a little rose tinted world of slaps on the back. Except here of course where the ability to block doesn’t exist.

He must be extremely frustrated that he isn’t allowed to use public forums to vent his pent up anger with motorists.

He may think that but I'd be surprised if a majority of people who live in Chiswick actually knew who he was. I like Eggheads and on the rare occasions I watch his TV shows or radio shows they seem to be entertaining and professionally hosted. However, I don't think the viewing figures for any of these would give him instant recognisability across the spectrum of the population. This isn't meant to be a dig as I think you could say the same for almost any broadcaster in his field given the fall in overall viewing figures for terrestrial broadcasters.The only reason I can imagine anyone might decide to hate him is his Twitter vigilantism  against errant motorists. While he often does highlight cases of dangerous driving, a lot of what he posts is pretty trifling. However, I think that is the point. He is being deliberately controversial in order to wind people like Mark up and increase his engagement. It's very clever and I think you have to admire him for it.

You asked the question Steve “is it true …?”Mark answered the question you asked.And yes, he would say that because the answer Mark gave is almost certainly correct. I reckon the majority of people couldn’t give  a to** about Jeremy Vine.I find him a bit sanctimonious at times, and I can totally see why he irritates some people, but hated by almost everyone in Chiswick… only a moron would believe that to be true.

If the video camera was mounted on the bike or on the bike helmet, then absolutely no reason why you should be stationary surely?In this case, I don’t think there would be any issue of identifying the cyclist who took the video - it was Jeremy Vine wasn’t it?I have a friend who submitted video to the police that resulted in a prosecution- and they ended up being called as a witness.

Jeremy Vine posted a video showing the Aston Martin driver on his phone. He will report it to the Met and the driver will be punished. The footage is conclusive. I know that Jeremy blocks abusive and hateful posters so it was very likely that Mark, given his track record on here and other social media, fitted the bill. And so it proved. I blocked him for the same reason as Jeremy.

"Chance of phone use 100"There is no way to tell from that photo whether the driver of the Aston Martin is using his phone, so if Vine saw him doing so, he should be clearer.

You know full well that it is only because of my restraint that you have not receives another knock on the door from the police for your posts threatening to intimidate and harass me in public while I am volunteering for a local community group. No, I don’t believe Susan did change the subject. I believe this thread was started by Mark to demonstrate that the two cycling fanatics block everyone on Twitter X who doesn’t agree with them on cycling issues and it is assumed that they become extremely frustrated that they can’t block people on here!! I think Susan was merely making the point that cyclists don’t observe road safety at bus islands, knowing that the two cycling fanatics read this forum. This thread is 100% about cyclists.

I don’t read Campbell’s posts because I decided some time ago that he is pointless. An extremely unpleasant, self opinionated individual with an unhealthy obsession with sprouting absolute nonsense. As for Vine I haven’t watched him for years because he is totally up his own behind and, frankly, I found him to be quite unpleasant. However, Susan is quite correct regarding moronic cyclists ignoring the rules regarding the ridiculous and dangerous Bus Islands. “disabled people getting off and having to negotiate their way across the cycle lane where cyclists are supposed to give way but, obviously, don't.”Accidents waiting to happen!

I was having dinner at Zizzi about 3 weeks ago, sitting by the side window with a clear view of the 'floating bus stop' -- of elderly and disabled people getting off and having to negotiate their way across the cycle lane where cyclists are supposed to give way but, obviously, don't.

He blocked me on twitter back then for calling him out on here for posting pics of buisnesses against CS9 on twitter with comments against them.I think i called him a silly boy,and he went over to twitter and blocked me. Dont think i even ever got to post on his twitter account either.Thats the childish behaviour some people have.One way conversation. As they say "They don't like it up 'em"Incase ones interested.
