There seems to be a big increase in aircraft noise in Kingston, particularly at night up till midnight.Have the flighpaths changed?

They only change direction if the wind changes direction. If the wind is light they can choose what direction but in theory a plane idealy wants wind coming towards it to create lift and that is used to slow planes down when landing into a headwind thus saving of reverse thrust and breaking.

Yes - they are now constantly changing direction for takeoff and landings so Kingston will be ‘suffering’ more whilst other areas enjoy some relief.
