I use it a lot and it does sometimes fail. In a lot of cases this seems to be to do with it switching between a mobile and wifi signal, for instance if you are at the front of your house. I find closing and opening the app often helps.In other cases I report to Pay By Phone and take a screen shot of the failed login, checking back every hour to see if it is back up.If my memory serves me, when I reported an issue to the council they told me to use the phone contact but when I've tried that it takes so long to enter the details, you lose the will to live.
