Is there a shark swimming by Hammersmith Bridge?

If there is, it's a good job Boris Johnson's not Mayor any more or he would be telling us to have a swim. The wildlife experts think it is unlikely as the salt content of the water would be too low once you get past Chelsea but you can judge for yourself below.

Some readers may recall the occasion in the 1960s when a whale travelled up the River Thames by mistake.He ran out of energy and expired just past Kew Bridge ... on the Surrey side.The story and a photo appeared in the Brentford and Chiswick Times.I posted the photo on the REAL BRENTFORD facebook group a few days ago.

There have been sharks in the Thames before now and a marine biologist friend told me the amount of sewage being pumped in will change the amount of sea life coming in due to oxygen levels. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/uk-england-london-49607783

Doubt it's a shark - you can normally see two fins on a shark, the Dorsal and Caudal fins. Plus they are not moving.
