Roundabouts

With the new rules it can put motorists in awkward position when exiting the roundabout and having to stop midway for pedestrians to cross, any cars behind are stuck on the roundabout.  What are you thoughts if any on this.

Not at all concerned as many roundabouts already have crossings on one or more exits.
