Virtual Assistant Recommendations

Hi There, I own and run a small marketing agency and I am looking for a virtual assistant to help with a number of tasks including, but not limited to, handling email enquiries, scheduling meetings, project management, proof reading and other administrative jobs.I assume it is about 15 hours a week, or 3 hours a day.Recommendations welcome.Helen
