E.coli infection

This might be a bit of a daft question, but now that summer seems to be at last upon us, I want to change my diet to salads. My favourites are Sainsbury's Watercress, Spinach and Rocket salad and Little Gem Lettuce. Just wondering if anyone has experienced any dodgy symptoms?

I wash lettuce, tomatoes etc in vinegar water, rinse well.

Wash thoroughly and, unless you already gave a high bacterial load, you will be fine
