Flying Squad swoop

What a great story (and video). Whether they’d been tipped off (small fry Sainsbo’s bag-for-life stuff, so unlikely) or happed to see the commotion, the officers were brilliant! Now, if we can just have a few of those lads stationed on the High Road we’ll be sorted.

When we visited Acton Police station to make a report we found that it was very busy with people who seemed to arrive just to check in with them.

I was sent the video by eye studio  I assume as a  really engaging PR /marketing exercise. Six passing flying squad? Almost a comedy  plot for the thieves.  I assumed real as  eye studio staff put their name to it. But look forward to confirmation by the police (no quote on news story). (And -less likely - love to know what they were really doing in the area)

Being so early in the morning im taking it they must have been close bye on another operation or they were tipped off or followed and the burgulary was allowed to take place before going in. Anyone remember these on TV. I think about 6 episodes But then we had corruption in the squad
