Baby fox in garden

Since this afternoon I have a baby fox who keeps curling up and going to sleep in my garden. I've chased him out a number of times but he keeps returning. I think he may have lost his mum. I've not had much luck finding a number for a local animal rescue doe foxes. Any advice welcome.

Squirrels also sadly, my foxes visit throughout the day and stay in the garden when I'm gardening.

Since they spend so much time up at night it is not surprising the are asleep during the day.  At dusk and daybreak they scour the perimeters of gardens for slugs and snails and other delicacies when not chasing each other and playing with plastic pots and other things that amuse them.  I remember watching some having a whale of a time with a bunch of plastic grapes - goodness knows shere they found those!
