Audi or any independent garage recommendations

Any local(ish) recommendations for Audi repairs??? pleaseI've been quoted £2500 to fix an indicator from a local chiswick garage, I know you have to change the whole front light unit nowadays which are expensive but I wouldn't mind a garage who was willing to buy one second hand. The car is only worth £15k max!

Another strong recommendation for Paul at Capital Motors who looked after my elderly Audi for many years.  Try searching online the Audi part number from the light unit.  Also have a look for a reasonably priced new part on the Autodoc app.  It may also be worth trying www.oemvwshop.com who will ask for the VIN (chassis number) of your vehicle to make certain that any part ordered is correct - they will obtain and send direct to you Audi and Audi Tradition parts and their customer service is top notch.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Richmond Land Rover who are next to the Yellow Storage building on the A316 just after Chiswick Bridge at the end of the small rank of shops. They have looked after my car for many many years. They would definitely be able to at least look for a second hand indicator unit. Call Paul, the business owner 020 8876 4707

Humes Garage, Humes Avenue Hawell. Owned by Mohan who purchased the garage from Richard who, in turn, you get the idea. They have been there over seventy years and I think that my family has been going there for most of them. Scrupulously honest and really good at what they do.They do try to fix rather than simply throw parts at a problem and they are at least worth a call on 020 8567 4549

I have used Capital Motors for years - Audi then Jaguar. They are responsive, helpful and you always feel they are fair even though sometimes costs are high with these 'luxury' brands. By the way, I was in Chiswick for 25 years but have maintained my loyalty despite moving to Brentford 10 years ago
