Hi, we have been pulling together Ringcam footage of this guy on our street since January and reporting him. The police are finally interested and are pulling together a file of all the footage anyone has of him. Please can you be in touch and I will send you the footage I have of him? Unfortunately the police recruitment isn’t going to get any better even if Sadiq Khan gets re-elected. His 1300 new recruits won’t happen. He got £100m from the government last year to boost police numbers. So poor was the take up he had to give £91m back last month.No wonder none of these crimes is ever investigated.

It hasn't even been 24 hours since I reported this crime to the Met online and they have replied saying they are not going to do anything about it. No wonder people are going around entering peoples properties if nothing is ever done about it. They have not even bothered to check my neighbours CCTV or even speak to me if I have any evidence. I received this email off PC mark Butler.. so it seems entering peoples properties and stealing their belongings is not worthy of an investigation by the met. We are sorry to hear that you have been a victim of crime. An investigator from the Metropolitan Police has looked carefully at your case and we are sorry to say that with the evidence and leads available it is unlikely that we will be able to identify those responsible. At present, and pending any further viable information coming to light, the case has been closed.We know how disappointing this news will be for you. It is disappointing for us too.

Our road (Gunnersbury) was hit on Tuesday around 1pm.  If you get CCTV footage and the guy matches the description below, then happy to share our door cam video:- Male, late 40s to mid 50s.- Blue baseball cap, probably bald.- Sunglasses- Blue Superdry "Tokyo City" Capital Radio T-Shirt- Blue Jeans- Black Nike trainers with white soles.- Black Nike drawstring backback- Sainsbury's orange Bag For Life with elephant design.- Quite ugly with a bit of a paunch.  - From the look of him, I'd say more Reform than Susan Hall, but not much in it.I understand he got away with a selection of women's clothing and an inflatable pool toy.
