Anyone else received an e-mail from LBH saying that they requested a password change ?
I have received two messages from "Citizen Access Revenues at London Borough of Hounslow" saying that "You have asked to reset your password"and "If you have received this email in error or have not used our online service, please contact London Borough of Hounslow immediately. Do not reply to this email as it is not monitored.RegardsLondon Borough of HounslowLondon Borough Of Hounslow, Civic Centre, Lampton Road, HOUNSLOW, TW3 4DN0208-583-4242"As I have not tried to log in to my account at LBH today I tried to "contact them immediately" on the given phone number, only to get the usual robot voice offering a variety of choices, none of which seemed to relate to this issue, until eventually I was told I was 25th in the queue and requested a call-back. I don't know whether the length of queue is because others have had a similar message or that is LBH's usual delay, but other than trudging round to Fortress Lampton I don't know how else I am supposed to contact them immediately.
