Interested if anyone can provide insight into the following.I recently attempted to return a faulty music unit which DPD have contrived to 'lose' Technically I wasn't eligible for a refund, but as the retailer have said they will issue a replacement (which I'm not keen on as I've lost faith with the brand / unit I returned) surely any new kit doesn't count as continuation of the terms of the original transaction and a refund could be issued?I'd rather be able to reinvest in alternate equipment. Thanks
