Virgin Media down in Grove Park

Has been down since 12pm.Say engineers working on it.  Anyone else got the same?

Most of Chiswick’s Virgin media was down for at least twenty-four hours.  They had trouble with fulfilling their promised delivery time.This indicates a real problem in our neighbourhood.Refunds promised, not on your life!

Be prepared for them to reboot it overnight so make sure everything is saved before heading to bed!

Mine was back by 4:45pm, all working fine now. But just after 7pm I got a text saying the estimated fix time is 10am tomorrow morning.

Came back on here at 1500 today after 28 hours of no Broadband and email. I contacted Virgin and was offered £10 compensation!!!Have registered my complaint. Virgin Business is meant to have a 12 hour loss of service maximum.

It has just come back in our road. But for how long? Our landline phones aren’t working though.

I got the it's fixed text just before 7pm last night, it wasn't fixed of course. Currently waiting for the latest estimated fix time of 6pm

CHR says now Thursday morning - please do not forget to register ''loss of intrest'' as I believe you will not compensated automatically - whic is anyway only after 2 working days

In our road, we have Community Fibre. People who have switched are very pleased with the speed and it’s cheaper than the other providers. We might do the same!

Have any of the new smaller internet providers started up in W4 yet? I keep registering interest with one or other but it never seems to turn into anything concrete.

Never thought of that - what a pain.  Automated message now says 2 30 pm - I hope their financial forecasting is better than their technical forecasting.  Honestly!  they sent a text at 9am saying all was fixed.  Absolute jokers.

It’s bad as we are kept in the dark. Modi’s in Chiswick lane is using Virgin Media. So no parcel collection possible. That’s when working from home becomes a big problem…

Exactly the same for me Martine - they say the landline is fine but it is also down along with TV and broadband.  Got a text saying it is fixed but it is not - the status message had said 10.03.  Long time to be down.

Super annoying -Virgin Media’s timeline for fixing their service keeps moving! Website now says 10am tomorrow. (Until it ..moves again, no doubt).

Same in Beverley Road since 10am this morning. All services down - TV, Phone, InternetThere are Virgin Media excavation "service improvement" works coincidentally happening at the junction of Chiswick Lane and Chiswick High Road.Hmmmmm :)

Yes same in our road. On the status page they say it should be fixed at 19.03…What I find strange is that our landline is not working either. The switch to WiFi only is not supposed to have happened yet.
