Weeds. Here we go again!
Spring is in the air, sort of, so it's surely time to resurrect that good old perennial debateover what to do about street weeds. I'm prompted to poke this particular nest because I've just read that yet another council is giving up the unequal manual struggle and reverting to chemical warfare.
