Seven years ago we used Shutters Up, out towards Croydon - shuttersup.co.uk. We had shutters installed in the bedroom, with integrated blackout blinds, which work very well indeed. The company seems still to be there. At the time, they were significantly cheaper than the big name shutter companies - as far as we could see, exactly the same product (I understand the shutters are all produced in China, probably in exactly the same factory).
