Sash Window replacement recommendations please

Looking for a good value / good quality sash window specialist to match existing double glazed (Edwardian-style) sashes.

We used MK Complete Joinery to replace windows a couple of years ago and were happy with them. A mixture of casement and sash windows (10 windows in total, including bay windows and French doors and changing from single glazing to double glazing). All wood.

For any window installation you should also check whether a Fensa  registration certificate has to be obtained or alternatively building control certification.All decent installers should be able to supply certification.

Very happy with MK windows, kew end of Kew Bridge. Know all about Like for like . Fit excellent. Good wood. They come painted but we  still had ours professionally painted year or so later.

Hi David - I would highly recommend Renew All Sash Services.  We have used them twice to refurbish old sash windows and also to make new windows to match existing ones.  On both occassions they did a superb job.
