He’s been praising Camden’s new cycleways , with massaged figures as per, but a regular cyclist had an interesting comment “I work in this area and I cycle. There was absolutely no need for a cycle lane in Gordon square, which has little car traffic. zero need. waste of resources. What was necessary was  wider pavement for pedestrians given that there are lots of students circulating between buildings”I like to share these comments

“Mayor of London refuses to answer questions at city hall and squirms away as he is asked questions …. This is the man running London….. the worst mayor by a mile . Slowed down London’s buses while wasting millions for champagne socialists …. Crime up…. Last time I looked Will Norman was the Walking & Cycling Commissioner so why on earth wouldn't he comment on cycle lanes?He has some interesting stuff on his site.

If we can't vote him our then perhaps he can be arrested for what he is accused of in relation to abuse of power, money issues etc.  I don't really care as long as he's stopped

Residential London has 46% Asian, Black, Mixed and Other ethnic diversity, 53% in West London.Because this demography tends to favour Labour, Sadiq Khan's chances of being re-elected are nigh on nailed.Unfortunately for the many who oppose his selection, including his ULEZ/LTN measures, his reluctance to press ahead with stringent police Stop & Search measures, the mayor is unlikely to be disposed.He habitually fiddles and spins consulting returns and statistics to suit himself, and amazingly gets away with it.

Julian you sound like Paul Campbell and that’s not a compliment 😂Is this a two horse race? I loved the way Susan Hall challenged Khan with honest facts and figures. She and others at the LA  showed him up for who and what he is. But I agree she’s not the best choice for Mayor but it’s not a case of either/ or

"Roll on May!" Why,khan is back as mayor. Unfortunately Susan hall has done bad PR in every interview ive listened to. The latest on monday with nick Ferrari was as much car crash as the previous ones. She has no clue to the basics of london life. Especially travel. Was a risky 5/2 second favourite and now a 12/1 forget it second favourite with khan now 1/10 hotty

Will’s latest tweet “This new cycle route tackles a notorious junction in west London, making it safer for people cycling, and helps connect up the planned cycle routes in Hammersmith & Fulham”. Word is this is one they failed to get in before. They never take no for an answer. Meanwhile London is a mess and all some people care about  is spending huge sums on more cycle routes  Roll on May!

Things can always be done better and cheaper, the areas with segregatedpathways which is more pleasing and less disruption to the area and cheaper.

Yes from day one. Another cycling fanatic who’s wangled his way in to a position where he can influence things in favour of the minority known as cyclists, to the detriment of the majority known as motorists. When truth and honesty fail, lie and twist things until you get what you want. That’s why I’m angry. Injustice !
